My body is relaxing. I am relaxing. I am calm. I am clear. I am focused. I am strong and capable. Every one of my problems has a solution. It is okay to ask for help. It is okay that I make mistakes. I can make mistakes and still be entitled to receive love and appreciation, just because I am. I am present in my life and I am functioning in this moment. I am able to handle life's challenges. As I encounter challenges, I handle them. I am a worthwhile human being. I am worthy of kindness and compassion. I have many thoughts. I can allow and notice all thoughts without judgment. I allow special time to focus on the healing thoughts of gratitude and love. I deserve love in my life. I appreciate the good job that I am doing. I appreciate myself. I like who I am. I put my hands to my heart and focus on sending unconditional love to a special person or object in my life: the sky, a tree, a good friend, a pet, a flower. As I send this unconditional love, I am open to receiving this love myself. Whenever I feel myself getting anxious, I become quiet; I focus on my breath; I breathe in; I breathe out; and I remind myself that I am doing a good job. I open my heart to God's love. I feel this love and compassion filling my heart. Healing love is here for me, releasing tension and fear. Every part of my being relaxes and accepts this love. I ask for peace and I receive it with gratitude. Thank you for the peace and calm of this beautiful moment. |
