Breathing Meditation |

With this meditation, you focus on your breath. Each time distracting thoughts enter your mind, you gently bring your attention back to watching and feeling your breathing. You will find that your breath is deeper and more relaxed when you are not trying to control it. At the end of this meditation, most people feel relaxed, energized and ready to focus on the tasks at hand. Breathing Meditation length is 15 minutes |

Body Awareness Meditation |
|

The listener is guided to focus on each body part in turn.
The goal is to sit quietly with each part of your body and notice without judgment.
You may notice tension, or pain or nothing at all. The quiet act of bringing full awareness to each body
part in turn can bring surprising results. Some people find that as they become aware of tension in
certain areas of their body, the tension will of its own, start to release. Others may gain increased
awareness of the nature of certain pains; maybe the pain isn't as constant as you thought; possibly
the pain lessens when you are relaxed. Most people find this exercise is relaxing
and refreshing. Meditation length is 30 minutes. |
