Affirmations for Healing Pain

I am not the pain in my body. I am more than pain. I am able to observe the ways that my attachment to pain ebbs and flows. I am learning to relax. I see myself at peace. I create and accept images of a peaceful me. As I create experiences of relaxation and comfort, I feel tension leaving my body. As relaxation and comfort increase, pain lessens I have a life and an awareness that is separate from pain. I welcome and accept all parts of me. I ask God to help me relax around the pain. I send love to the part of me that is in pain. I send healing energy to this part of me. I see myself without pain. I move through my life feeling relaxed and comfortable. I am at peace. I see myself as part of the cycle of life - giving and receiving - receiving life energy as I breathe in - releasing toxins and negativity as I breathe out. I take a moment to remember one thing that I can be grateful for: possibly a kind word, or a beautiful sunset, a song, a flower, a moment of grace. Healing energy flows through my body. There are people in my life who care about me. As I receive their love, the pain lessens. I am not alone. The healing love of the universe is available to me at all times. I am grateful for this love. I am surrounded by love. I am filled with love. I put my hands on my heart and I think of a person or object that I love unconditionally. A nd I focus on my feelings of love. As I send my love out into the universe, I feel myself receiving love. I am loved. I am lovable. Every part of me is lovable. I ask for acceptance of what is. I ask for appreciation and awareness of the good things in my life. O God help me accept my life and enjoy my life as it is today. Hold me and support me. May I be thanful for this loving support. |
